our destiny as our choice,

which is ours to create if,

in the present,

we can but take embodied

ownership of our desire

to extricate ourselves

from the ties that bind us

to our past

so that we can create

a new narrative for ourselves

going forward.

For starters, let me hasten to reassure you that, because everything is "online," it is all available 24/7. That's one of the joys of this course.

So there is no real "agenda / schedule" at all – except that, at the beginning of each of the 4 weeks, you will be able to "access" (online) the 2-hour Narrated (by me!) PowerPoint Slide Show for that week – again, which you can listen to at any time whatsoever – from that point until the end of the course!

You will also have PDF access to copies of all the PowerPoint Slides (which you can download), so that you can take notes on them as you watch and listen to the Narrated PowerPoint Slide Show every week.

Meanwhile, the simultaneous "online forum" with "threaded discussions" (which you will quickly learn to "navigate" once the course starts) will be "open" for contributions from participants 24/7 – and, believe me, things get quite active with all kinds of amazing and inspired clinical / theoretical posts by the various participants in the course.

You will be able to participate as much or as little as you might wish!!  ...and, interestingly, the "online forum" offers a compelling and nourishing mix of intimacy and anonymity.

Meanwhile, I myself maintain a very active online presence (literally "dedicating" myself to the course and to "living online" the entire month) – commenting on everybody's posts and offering many (new ones) of my own!!

So it will be a busy / intense / exciting / rich / collaborative learning experience for us all.

The readings (full texts of which are offered through the "portal") are simply "suggested" – and not at all "required."

You will have plenty else on your hands – what with the four 2-hour PowerPoint Slide Shows (all of which are "action-packed"!) every week – and all the fascinating, powerfully thought-provoking online "posts."
